Summer Fun!!

Wow!! Summer is flying by so fast...I can't believe that July is almost here. I would usually be dreading going back to school at this point because I would only have a month of vacation left....but not this summer. I have really enjoyed staying at home with Jeremiah, but we have been really busy. I have included some cute photos of him having fun and I hope that you enjoy them!

We're leaving Sunday afternoon to go to Biloxi with Robert for a few days. It is a work trip for him, but a fun trip for us. We get back on Wednesday and then we leave for our annual Moak fishing trip on Friday morning. I hope to have more photos to post when we get back. Oh, don't forget Father's day is Sunday, so I will have to make sure to get a picture of Jeremiah with his dad.

We were suppose to go to physical therapy on Tuesday, but had to change it since he had strep throat at the beginning of the week. Well, Jeremiah decided to show his tail at therapy on Wednesday, so we did not get a lot accomplished. He did do well for the first 10 minutes walking with this special car that she has that he uses like a walker. We are ordering him a special walker that we hope to get in soon that he can start using and hopefully mastering the art of walking. This walker will come with a harness to hold him up and instead of pushing it, he will be pulling it as he takes steps. We have tried walking toys that he pushes, but they run away from him and he ends up falling.

Jeremiah loves bath time!

Wagon ride and Babbling

Hi! I was going to try something new and post a video of Jeremiah babbling. I hope that it works and if it does I will start putting more video footage of him on the blog. I can only use my camera to video him, so it might not be real clear.

Yeah!! It worked, so now you will get to see some footage of Jeremiah in action. I'm also putting a picture of his first wagon ride with Amy and Bryce. They had some much fun riding around with Jeremiah. Grandma Susan was the brave one pulling them around the house.

Standing Tall!

I have really enjoyed my first day at home with Jeremiah. I finished up my school duties yesterday and look forward to being a full time mom. I will not be returning to school in August and am excited about focusing all my time on my family. Jeremiah and I were able to go eat lunch with Aunt Cindy today because she came to Jackson for a meeting. I have posted some pictures below that I took this morning while working with him on his therapy exercises. Mrs. Kim has him working on standing against a wall and reaching for things. This is helping him to learn to balance and build the necessary muscles for balancing.

Being silly!!

We have a busy month in June, so I am looking forward to July when it slows down and we can spend some time at home. We have the annual Moak fishing trip, going to Biloxi with Robert for a work conference, and lots of church meetings. Hopefully, I will be able to post more often, so you'll be able to see all the things going on in Jeremiah's life.
